Shot Day · GLP-1 tracker
Never wonder “did I already take it?”
Shot Day is a log and reminder kit for people on a weekly GLP-1 shot (semaglutide, tirzepatide and others). It reminds you until you confirm, logs each shot in seconds from your phone, and keeps every entry in your own Google Sheet.
Pay once. No subscription. No account with us.
What it does
The small things that slip on shot day
Reminders that don’t quit
An email on your shot day that repeats until you confirm. A night-before nudge to pack your pens if you’re travelling.
Your last shot, always shown
Every reminder and the app’s home screen show your last confirmed shot: date, time and site.
A backup person
Optional: if you haven’t confirmed after a few hours, a partner or caregiver gets a gentle heads-up.
Site rotation
Your own list of injection sites, the one you used last, and the one that has rested longest.
Weight, side effects, check-ins
Weigh in any day, score how you feel by day after the shot, and track protein and water against your own goals.
Share and doctor visits
A progress card you can share (you choose what numbers show) and a one-page summary to print before appointments.
Two ways to get it
Start with the sheet. Add the phone app if you like.
Core
A Google Sheet you copy into your own account, with the shot-day reminders built in.
- Make a copy, click Start, done
- Reminders, backup person, refill heads-up
- Dashboard and doctor-visit page
Plus
Everything in Core, plus the Shot Day phone app on your home screen.
- Log a shot in one tap, even offline
- Charts and a shareable progress card
- Writes straight into your sheet
Your data stays yours
Everything you log lives in a Google Sheet in your Google Drive. The phone app signs in with Google and asks for one permission, access to only the files you create or pick with the app, so it can read and write that one sheet. It cannot see the rest of your Drive, your email or your contacts.
The app runs in your phone’s browser and talks directly to Google. We don’t run a server that receives, stores or sees your entries. Read the details in our privacy policy.
Shot Day logs, reminds and organizes. It is not medical advice and doesn’t replace your prescriber. Follow your prescriber’s and pharmacist’s instructions for your medication and dose.
