Privacy policy

This policy covers Shot Day, the GLP-1 log and reminder kit sold by Pikesway LLC, doing business as Handled For You (“we”, “us”). It covers this website (glp1.handledforyoushop.com), the Shot Day phone app at /app, and the Shot Day Google Sheet template. The short version: what you log stays in your own Google account. We don’t collect it, store it, see it or sell it.

1. What you log, and where it lives

Shot Day is used to record things like shot dates and times, injection sites, the dose you type in, weight, side effects, daily check-ins, supply and cost, and notes. This can be health information. All of it is stored in a Google Sheet in your Google Drive, and nowhere else that we control.

• The sheet and its reminders run as your own copy inside your Google account. The reminders are sent from your own Gmail by your own copy of the script. We have no access to your copy.
• The phone app runs in your browser. It sends your entries directly from your device to Google’s Sheets service. It does not send them to us.
• On your device, the app keeps a short-term list of entries that haven’t reached your sheet yet (for example, when you’re offline), plus your chosen sheet’s name and ID and app settings. Synced entries are removed from that list. You can clear it any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

2. Google user data

The phone app signs in with Google and asks for one permission: “See, edit, create and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app” (the drive.file scope). It does not request access to your Gmail, contacts, calendar or any other Drive files.

• What the app accesses: only the Google Sheet you create or choose with the Google file picker inside the app.
• How it’s used: to read your logs (to show your next shot, charts and your progress card) and to add or update rows when you log something. Nothing else.
• Storage: your data stays in your Google Sheet. Google’s sign-in gives the app a temporary access key (about one hour) that is kept only in your browser. We never receive it.
• Sharing: we do not share, transfer or sell Google user data. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

Shot Day’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. What we do receive

• Purchase details from Etsy or our payment provider (such as your name, email and order number) so we can deliver the product and help you.
• A license key check, if the app asks for one: we receive the key only, to confirm it’s valid. Never your health entries.
• Messages you send us by email or Etsy, if you contact support.
• Basic web logs kept by our hosting provider (Netlify), such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers on this site or in the app.

4. How we use what we receive

To deliver your purchase, answer your questions, check license keys, keep the site secure, and tell you about important updates to a product you bought. We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising profiles.

5. Other services involved

Google (sign-in, Sheets, Drive, Gmail in your own account), Netlify (website hosting), and Etsy or our payment provider (purchases). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We share information only with these services as needed to run Shot Day, or when U.S. law requires it.

6. Keeping, removing and stopping

• Your logs: delete them by deleting rows or the whole sheet in Google Drive.
• Stop the app’s access: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Shot Day.
• Stop reminders: use the Reminders menu in your sheet to turn them off, or delete the sheet.
• App data on your device: clear the site’s data in your browser settings, or remove the app from your home screen.
• What we hold (purchase and support records): email us to ask for a copy or for deletion. We keep order records only as long as needed for tax and legal reasons.

7. Security

Connections to Google and to this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Because your data stays in your Google account, its protection depends on your Google account’s security; we suggest turning on 2-Step Verification. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Children

Shot Day is for adults. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how the app uses Google data, we’ll say so here before it takes effect.
