Shot Day

Terms of use

These terms cover Shot Day: the Google Sheet template, its reminders, the phone app at /app, and this website, all provided by Pikesway LLC, doing business as Handled For You (“we”, “us”). By using Shot Day you agree to them.

1. Not medical advice

Shot Day is a log, reminder and organizing tool. It does not diagnose, treat or advise, and it does not tell you what dose to take or when. Any numbers it shows, such as trends, projections or estimates, are calculations from what you typed, for your own tracking. They are not lab values or medical guidance. Always follow your prescriber’s and pharmacist’s instructions, and contact them about missed doses, side effects or changes. In an emergency, call 911.

2. Reminders can fail

Reminders depend on Google’s services, your email settings, your phone and your internet connection, all of which can delay or stop a message. Shot Day is a helper, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for taking your medication as prescribed.

3. Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Shot Day for yourself (and, for the backup-person feature, to share reminders with people you choose). You may not resell, share or redistribute the template, the app or license keys.

4. Your Google account

Shot Day runs in your own Google account and follows Google’s terms. Work or school accounts may block it; we recommend a personal Gmail account. You are responsible for your account’s security and for the data in your sheet.

5. Purchases and refunds

Shot Day is a digital product. All sales are final, but if you can’t get it installed, email us and we’ll work it out with you.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the app and template to fix problems or keep up with changes from Google or browsers. We aim to keep the app online, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

7. Limits on our liability

Shot Day is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed doses, lost data or decisions made using the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Shot Day.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
